RANGES
Although EBRAD is not an air force, it is necessary to have a hierarchy scale, which defines responsibilities and demonstrates the pilots' commitment to the group as a whole.

Alferez: This is the first grade in the race of the EBRAD pilots. At this stage they are in the process of learning the different flight rules.

Lieutenant: Now the pilot already has different qualifications to the flight rules and can participate in international events.

1st Lieutenant: The pilot who wishes may start his specialization here in one of the aircraft that our fleet owns.

Captain: In this grade, the pilot who wishes may serve as the Head of one of our squadrons (Transportation, Hunting or SAR).

Major: In this range, the pilot can start with his training as an instructor of other pilots in the different ratings that EBRAD Spec Ops has.

Lieutenant Colonel: At this time the pilot is already quite experienced and is in a position to serve as Head of one of our operational bases.

Colonel: Already considered a very experienced pilot, he is able to perform any activity and is already part of the board of EBRAD Spec Ops.

Colonel Mayor: As part of the management of EBRAD Spec Ops you can make administrative decisions regarding personnel or other aspects of general interest to the Group.

General: What else to say? The pilot already has enough experience in flights, he has the qualifications he has desired, all that remains is to share his experience with the newest pilots.

Director of EBRAD Spec Ops: This range can only be occupied by only one pilot at a time. He is the supreme director of the Group, everything depends on him.
